Timothy Gaffney of the Dayton Daily News got the opportunity to cover a military aerial photomapping mission that overflew regions hit by Hurricane Katrina. Using a laptop, still camera, and a handheld mini-DV camera, he was able to produce a Sunday feature story as well as a video and photo gallery.
