In this week’s live educator chat, Ryan Sholin, director of news innovation at Publish2, shared tips on how to teach journalists to use social media effectively.

He expanded on tips from a recent blog post he wrote, “Five Keys to Authenticity,” and answered related questions during the July 9 chat. One of the topics of discussion was the idea that “transparency is the new objectivity.”

Twitterers can tweet questions for Sholin to #poynterchats. You revisit this link anytime to watch the replay.
