Rupert Murdoch‘s oldest son sold 2.3 million Class A News Corp. shares, according to a filing Tuesday with the SEC. Two weeks ago, he also sold 2.3 million Class A shares. At that time, the younger Murdoch’s investment firm purchased half of an Australian radio chain for roughly $100 million.
