A 1,839-word Bloomberg piece this week accusing the Sun-Times owner’s firm of costing taxpayers millions was edited down to 259 words for publication in the Chicago tabloid. Michael Miner asked Sun-Times owner James Tyree (left) if he’d given the paper any instructions on how to deal with the story. “Not one,” he said. “Not on this nor on anything else.”
