In addition to naming an oil spill editor, the Associated Press has also posted openings for the positions of Gulf spill impact reporter and Gulf spill industry reporter. The AP currently has about 20 full-time staffers in the Gulf and another 50 or so staffers working on the story in the region, says senior managing editor Michael Oreskes.
