The top attorney for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News says he expects to see bids from at least three investment entities, in addition to a group of local investors assembled by Philadelphia Newspapers CEO Brian Tierney, at the papers’ auction. It’s scheduled for April 27, but an appeal could delay it for months.
