Julie Rowe, who resigned from the campus paper in March 2009 after top editors claimed two of her articles were plagiarized, contends in her lawsuit that they were wrong in their assessment that her actions constituted plagiarism. Rowe’s suit alleges defamation; intentional infliction of emotional distress; and denial of substantive and procedural due process rights.
