Alex Brandon, who now works for the Associated Press, testified that he witnessed a “contentious situation” between three men and police officers after Hurricane Katrina, and that he was ordered by police not to snap pictures of the scene. He obeyed. “It was, for lack of a better term, an order,” he testified.
