Fierce Mobile Content
According to Opera’s latest “State of the Mobile Web” report, Google’s search portal accounts for nine percent of all mobile page views. Opera, developer of the eponymous mobile browser, indicates Google has twice the market share of Yahoo, which together account for almost 40 search-based page views per user each month. The overall growth of mobile readership and the dominance of Google and Yahoo on that platform suggests content publishers would be well served to review their mobile SEO sooner rather than later.
