Fusion Garage’s JooJoo tablet PC, which has been taking pre-orders since December, will be ready to begin shipping this month, according to several reports. The JooJoo is positioned as a direct iPad competitor, and compares favorably. The device has a 12.1 inch color touch screen, a 1.3 megapixel Webcam, Wi-Fi connectivity and a USB slot. The built-in browser is based on the WebKit standard (which also powers Google’s Chrome and Apple’s Safari) and will support Flash.
