Judge Shirley Strickland Saffold and her daughter charge that the Plain Dealer released confidential information that violated the site’s privacy policy. The paper reported on March 26 that inflammatory anonymous comments posted on its Web site about serial killings suspect were traced to the judge’s personal AOL e-mail account. The judge says her daughter posted them.
