A judge ruled Friday that Don Rosenberg‘s assertion that the Plain Dealer had retaliated against him for filing a suit against the Cleveland Orchestra and the paper shouldn’t go before a jury because there were “no material facts to dispute.” Other claims by Rosenberg go before a the jury this week.
