Philadelphia Media Network Inc. — prospective new owner of the Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com — has a noon Tuesday deadline to close on its purchase. Without a contract agreement with the drivers, there will be no sale, says Philadelphia Media Network chief executive Gregory Osberg.
