Texas A&M to rethink controversial open-records plan

Texas A&M's lawyer insists the proposal is "not intended in any way to inhibit the ability of any journalism professor to teach about the Public Information Act. ...I'm working with the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas, as well as talking to the attorneys for the instructor" who has required his journalism students to make open-records requests.
