University officials say their contract with sports marketing firm IMG College prohibits distribution of the Kentucky Kernel student paper on stadium grounds. “It’s a clear violation of our First Amendment rights,” says editor-in-chief Matt Murray. “No amount of money should be able to buy away anyone’s constitutional freedoms.”
