KCET-TV in Los Angeles is struggling after its recent split from PBS and plans to move its operations to a smaller location. It’s expected to sell its studio to the Clearwater, Fla.-based Church of Scientology, which was incorporated in Los Angeles in 1954 and owns dozens of properties in Los Angeles County, report Roger Vincent and Scott Collins.
