Posting to your Facebook page via a third-party app like TweetDeck or Hootsuite may not be a good idea. A new study finds that these posts get about 70 percent fewer comments and likes per fan. The reason is that Facebook’s News Feed algorithm gives less weight to posts that come from apps, and multiple posts from the same app can be collapsed together.
