Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie encouraged his Twitter followers to watch his press conference about the state reaching a tentative labor agreement with its largest union. A linked video shows the governor standing in front of the seal of the state of Hawaii and the state flag, with a couple of microphones held before him, reports John Temple. But there was no press conference — and the governor’s office changed its YouTube caption after being called on it.
