The former Junior Achievement of Central Indiana CEO wants to know who wrote online that he committed “most likely a criminal act,” is “the most greedy man I’ve ever known,” and a posted comment saying “somebody needs to call the state’s attorney general and investigate him.” A county judge says Jeffrey Miller must be given names or other information that would help him to learn who posted the comments on the Indianapolis Star and Indianapolis Business Journal websites.
