In this week’s career chat, we talked with Politico Senior Editor Megan H. Chan. Before joining Politico, Chan worked at USA Today and interned at The Wall Street Journal, Newsday and the Star Tribune.

Chan talked about how she transitioned from a print-centric job to an online-only news organization. She also talked about the skills and experiences that help journalists prepare for such a transition, and answered questions about developing a digital-first mindset.

You can replay the chat to read her responses.
