A correction and apology from South Africa’s Sowetan:

IN SOWETAN on February 22, we incorrectly reported that a black employee of Legend Lodge near Mokopane in Limpopo who had wished a white colleague a “Happy Valentine” had lost his job.

In fact, the employee was suspended. We also incorrectly reported that a “white” supervisor had allegedly raped a black colleague and yet nothing was done. In fact, the supervisor is black. We apologise to Legend Lodge for any embarrassment caused.
