On Wednesday, Poynter wrote about Toronto Star reporter (and new author) Robyn Doolittle and a string of angry e-mails she got after posing for a fashion photo shoot.

We saw a lot of discussion around the story, and on Friday, asked journalists on Twitter if they’d ever gotten pushback because of what they wore for work. Some guys weighing in had fun with the question. Some people didn’t like the hashtag. And several women shared their own experiences.
