L.A. anchors react to earthquake
Here's Chris Schauble's face the moment the earthquake hit the Los Angeles area this morning.

Schauble, a morning news anchor at KTLA 5 in Los Angeles, also tweeted that his co-anchor, Megan Henderson, played it a bit cooler. Here, you can see for yourself.
Schauble, who's having some fun with that face, if not that moment, has already made the image his profile pic.
"Trust me," he said in a phone interview with Poynter, "I'm laughing about it as much as everyone else."
After his initial reaction to the quake, however, Schauble did what you're supposed to do in an earthquake, he said, and what we teach our kids to do -- duck and cover. The last time Schauble was on air during an earthquake was a few years ago, he said, when we worked at KNBC and was on live during an 11 a.m. broadcast.
That one, he said, didn't feel so strong, so he didn't take cover, "and this one, it felt strong, so I did."
KTTV-Fox 11's Araksya Karapetyan also tweeted her reaction to the earthquake while on air.

While it's impressive how quickly the crew at KCBS-TV pulled up their seismograph, their shaking set's also something to see.
