Miami-Dade County prosecutors released video from Justin Bieber’s DUI arrest last month in which the pop star “walks unsteadily and even appears to stumble while performing a sobriety test,” Curt Anderson reports for the Associated Press. AP and other news organizations filed a public records request for the video.

Video of Bieber urinating in a separate sobriety test is not yet available. Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield “plans another hearing next week on whether they will be released,” Anderson reports.
