Condé Nast made another high-profile promotion today, appointing Gina Sanders president of Condé Nast Global Development. Hers is the the latest in a series of promotions, hires and departures that has transformed the company’s executive team in recent months. Here’s a quick recap of the shakeup:

July

  • John Bellando, chief financial officer for Condé Nast, is replaced by former Time Inc. executive David Geithner.
  • Thomas Wallace, editorial director of Condé Nast, leaves the company. The move gives Condé Nast artistic director Anna Wintour more control over the company’s properties, Joe Coscarelli writes for New York Magazine.
  • Bob Sauerberg, president of Condé Nast, takes “a leading role in all revenue generation activities,” according to a memo from company CEO Charles Townsend. With Sauerberg’s increased responsibilities, his “odds on his being named C.E.O. Chuck Townsend’s successor look shorter than ever,” Nicole Levy writes for Capital.

August

  • Lou Cona, chief revenue officer of Condé Nast and president of Condé Nast Media Group, leaves the company. He is replaced by Vanity Fair publisher Edward Menicheschi.

September

  • Gina Sanders is named president of Condé Nast Global Development, a newly created role.
