The Washington Post
The Washington Post “has chosen developer Hines’ One Franklin Square at 1301 K Street NW for its new headquarters,” a Post release says. The company plans to move in by 2016. The new digs are about three blocks from the news organization’s current location, Jonathan O’Connell reports.
As previously reported on this blog, the building has a Dan Brown connection.
Capital reporter Jeremy Barr says the building comes with one big amenity:
Standing offer to all WaPo staff to have lunch with my dad, who works in the same building and is a super nice guy. http://t.co/XbLGOBm8rL
