- Crowdfunding campaign to buy Murdoch U.K. papers: A group called Let's Own the News hopes to raise £100 million (about $168 million) to buy the Times of London and The Sunday Times. "And why should Murdoch sell?" Roy Greenslade asks. "Evidently, because he would like to take a step forward for our democracy and to rejuvenate his public image after the phone hacking scandal."
