Jonathan Camuy, an assistant producer at Telemundo, was one of 50 people killed in Sunday’s shooting at an Orlando nightclub.

Camuy, 25, worked on “La Voz Kids,” a show that airs on Telemundo, according to an email sent to NAHJ members from Mekahlo Medina, president of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists:

It is news no one wants to share. One of our own, an NAHJ member, was among those killed in the devastating attack in Orlando over the weekend.

Before moving to Florida from Puerto Rico, Camuy was active in a student chapter of NAHJ, according to the association.
