Does AGE matter?
Posted by Jürgen Ankenbrand 11/12/2009 1:29:25 AM

There is no question about it, age discrimination does matter and is being practiced and well.
No matter what teh law says, there are many ways around it, many ways to ask so called "illegal or improper" questions. How else will ahiering manager get the needed answers to make the best hiering decisions and avoid having to answer to upper management about a "bad" hiering decisopn becaus eof missing information about a newly hired employee?
Some of the laws stink and are anti management making it often very difficult knowing which is the best qualified person for the job.
Politcal correctness fanatics lighten up and give managers a break so they can get teh ebst qualified person for teh job.
