By 'Brilliant', Do You Mean 'Criminal'?

Pinch was giving dividends that didn't exist to family members, at the expense of those who were actually working at the paper. That's criminal.

His austerity program included giving the super-under performing Janet Robinson FIVE MILLION DOLLARS in compensation last year, only to recoup it from the staff with wage and benefit cuts.

What's 'brilliant' about this?
