Judith Miller met with special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald on Tuesday and discussed the notes that she found in the Times newsroom after her appearance before the grand jury on Sept. 30. She took the notes during a June 23, 2003 conversation with Scooter Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff. She returns to the grand jury today.
