Dotty Griffith's review of his Il Mulino New York -- even though she gave the place four out of five stars,
according to Dallas Observer -- so he sued the paper. Editor
Robert W. Mong Jr. calls the second-review settlement "a big win for our readers and for anyone who values the free exchange of information and opinion." He says of the return visit: "Other than it will occur in the first part of 2006, there are obviously no conditions on the review; The News will decide who does it, when they do it and what the content will be."
