Triathlon Interest Grows Rapidly

Poynter's St. Petersburg Times says triathlon participation nationwide has increased in recent years, with USA Triathlon's yearly membership jumping from 21,341 in 2000 to 84,787 in 2006.

Triathlon videos are popular on YouTube.

On the other hand, "overuse" injuries are rising among young athletes.
