Bike Season Requires Setup

It is now the season to roll out on two wheels -- and maybe gasoline prices give us another incentive to bike to work.

Before you begin, make sure your bike is properly set up. The (Fort Myers, Fla.) News-Press says riding a bike set up for someone else is like wearing their shoes.

There's plenty for you to teach your readers/viewers/listeners about bicycles, such as how to make bike adjustments, shop for accessories and ensure their bike helmets fit properly.
