El Mercurio and
La Tercera in Chile are supporting from their websites the new edition of the main Chilean book fair ("Feria del Libro") of Santiago, which begins today. Both have made similar mini-sites with information, schedules, and highlights about visiting authors.
Coincidently, both companies have a similar approach to the book business. While
El Mercurio has an agreement with the publisher Aguilar,
La Tercera has its own with Random House-Mondadori to publish books with its own name. As an example, the last book from
