The Problem of Changing and Then Asking About It
What do you do if your readers don't like what you do? We're waiting for the answer to that from Las Ultimas Noticias, a popular tabloid in Chile (in Spanish).

The paper's website, Lun.com, changed its crowded homepage, adding all its printed pages as thumbnails with a link to the corresponding PDF file of each page. As a result, the weight of that page jumped from 1Mb to almost 2 Mb.

The site also posted a survey asking about the download speed of the homepage. Some 78 percent of 5,000 respondents said it was worse than before. So the main page today showed a little banner apologizing about the speed and promising to improve it.
