An Israeli Mashup
An
Israeli version of the "Million Dollar
Homepage" concept has been developed
for people who want to send get-well messages to ailing Prime
Minister
Ariel Sharon. 4arik.com is about 10 percent full at the moment,
with well wishers sending notes in Hebrew and in English. The founders say
there is no money in this for them -- that it's just a goodwill gesture.
It's an interesting idea -- combining well-wishers' notes with the "Million
Pixel" idea -- and could easily be replicated for other events.
