NBC NewsThe officer failed a polygraph exam before being fired on Wednesday and is now under investigation by the Justice Department.

Andrea Mitchell report he allegedly gave information about the CIA's secret prisons to Washington Post reporter Dana Priest (left). She said she couldn't comment on the firing, which she learned about from NBC News.
