Michael Miner asked
Casey Bukro of the Chicago Tribune how much internal misconduct a paper can reasonably be asked to uncover on its own. Maybe 50% -- at papers that have an ombudsman, he said. One hundred percent," Bukro noted, "would suggest Big Brother."
