Eric Pryne reports an agreement between Hearst, the Post-Intelligencer's owner, and the Seattle Times states neither can reveal anything about their arbitration proceedings: not the schedule, not the witnesses, not even the details of their claims against each other. "In a sense it's an arbitration, but in a sense it's really a private trial," says a former King County Bar Association president.
