The body of publisher
Philip Merrill was recovered today from the Chesapeake Bay just off Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Annie Linskey reports an area resident found the body of Merrill, 72, southwest of Poplar Island, which is across the bay and about 17 miles south of Annapolis.
