Mendell D. Morgan Jr., library services dean at the University of the Incarnate Word, has the authority to cancel the subscription, say officials at the San Antonio school.
Melissa Ludwig reports the move has outraged library staff, who complain
the dean (at left) is censoring information based on personal beliefs. "There is no reason, no matter what your beliefs, to deny a source of information to students," says one library employee.
