A Globe contract proposal that ties proposed salary increases to the paper's revenue appears to be headed for defeat, according to the Boston Newspaper Guild. "There has been a very strong 'No' sentiment thus far," says the local guild president. Voting is scheduled to continue until 9 p.m. tonight.
