The president of Florida Keys Community College has had it with newspapers "which choose to trash our institution with unbalanced news, editorial spin and blatant disregard for our professional employees." He writes in the Key West Citizen: "I have notified my staff to remove The Citizen from its news distribution lists; to stop all display and classified advertising; to seek other vendors for printing our course schedules and to cancel all subscriptions except for our library periodical papers." || A Citizen staffer
