Cole Campbell, dean of the Donald W. Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada and former St. Louis Post-Dispatch editor, died Friday from injuries suffered in a rollover crash in Reno. Police says Campbell lost control of his Honda SUV on an icy road, and rolled the vehicle onto its roof. Campbell was Post-Dispatch editor from October 1996 to April 2000. (He was named a Poynter fellow after leaving the paper.) Campbell joined the Reynolds School dean in July 2004. || "He was an out-of-the-box thinker,"
