Walker Lundy says he's "outraged at turncoat publisher
Par Ridder" for jumping to the Star Tribune. "For our leader to defect was unthinkable, like Sherman joining the Rebs, Reagan becoming a Commie, Jesse going to journalism school. But I hope Par Ridder's treasonous departure fires up the Pioneer Press staff. Even with new ownership and downsizing, you're still better." (Third letter.)
