The inspiration for Obit magazine came to
Bob Hillier when he saw a woman on a plane reading an obituary of actor Bob Keeshan. "She started to cry," he says. "I realized that when someone who you've connected to dies, a little bit of you dies." Hillier told his wife when he got home: "I have this wild idea that we should start a magazine called Obit." It debuts later this year.
ANOTHER NEW MAGAZINE: Exhibit A will provide practical legal advice on everyday dilemmas, such as what to say to a police officer who has pulled you over.
