David Faber reports: "The Bancroft family right now is seen opposing
Rupert Murdoch's bid for Dow Jones. That means the deal wouldn't happen. The situation is fluid. Based on communications received from (Bancroft family trustee Michael Elefante), it does appear that he is telling the board that more than 50% of the voting shares of Dow Jones would vote against the transaction." ||
