Samir Husni saw a snippet of an interview in Newsweek and at the end it said, "For the whole interview go to msnbc.newsweek.com." He thought: "I am paying money and you are offering me less in print than what I can get for free on the web." Husni tells Mark Glaser: "The biggest mistake we've made in this industry is that we send people to the web, and we've left them there. We offered them something that’s free ....but at no website do they ever say, 'By the way, you need to go back to the paper to read page 20 where we have this article that you'll only find on page 20 today.' There’s no two-way street, we've created a one-way street and people get lost in the jungle [online]."
