return to the Plain Dealer that prompted
Roxanne Jones -- an ESPN The Magazine editor and National Association of Black Journalists member -- to complain about the paper's lack of minorities. (They make up 14% of the PD editorial staff.) "But hiring Pluto, the best-known sports columnist in Northeast Ohio, was a no-brainer," says Cleveland Scene.
